Thousands of emails and other electronic documents from one of the leading climate charge research centers have been posted online. The content of these emails is said to draw into question the validity of global warming and the claims that have been made by climate change researchers.

The emails were sent by some of the top climate change scientists in the nation and they are purported to contain numerous references to attempts to silence those who deny climate change (or at least the idea that humans are causing climate change). In one email, a researcher writes that he hopes to "keep [climate change skeptics] out somehow -- even if we have to redefine what the peer-review literature is!" The exact context of this quote isn't known, so it should be noted that drawing conclusions based on this short excerpt is probably unwise. That hasn't stopped climate change deniers from attempting to use this story to further their agenda, though.

Over 1000 emails and 2000 other documents were stolen last week when hackers broke into the computer system at the Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University. It isn't know who is behind the attack, but the files were posted on a Russian server.

The reason these emails matter is that they DO prove AGW a big con. We know the context of these emails because they are quite short and the context proves that they are frauds, plain and simple.

Many scientists have all along maintained that the current carbon theory is just that, a theory. There are some powerful, credible people in the scienctific community who maintain it's changes in the sun that's responsible for any changes that may be going on. Another fact is our sun has not been spewing sun spots over the last 7 to 10 years and that there is, in fact, a cooling trend that has nothing at all to do with human use of the planet.

You guy's are a bunch of watermelons. Green on the outside and Red on the inside. I don't even think that the eco-socialist movement it self believes in this global warming B. S . Oh now they are trying to change it's term to "Climate change".Like Liberal to progressive. See a pattern?

Liberal's only win by being dishonest and this is more evidence to that.

You global warming guys are like religious zealots. You'll keep on believing myths and supporting the priests of Global Warming. The only trouble is that Global Warming "climatology" is about as valid as Creation Science or Lysenko's biology.

Yeah. Especially if you are an "anthropogenic global warming" religionist. Who will still believe in the hoax, even when the evidence of its laughability is staring you right in the face.

And, btw, does your religion give you enough latitude to publish comments which aren't exactly fawning, like this one?
